Job Description:

o   Play a key role in the execution of consulting projects for financial institutions and corporate clients looking for investment opportunities

o   Complete primary and secondary research, summarize research findings, and draft deliverables under the guidance of a team leader

o   Contribute forward-thinking ideas to research methodology—including the application of AI tools to accelerate information synthesis and insight generation—and demonstrate resourcefulness.

o   Work with high efficiency and ownership

o   Learn from peers in a team-based structure refreshed for each project

o   Participate in client calls and meetings, and deliver research findings

o   Contribute to the preparation of consulting project proposals

Requirements:

o   Four-year university degree from a top university, both undergraduate and postgraduate, any major

o   Fresh graduate or entry-level candidates with work experience of no more than 3 years

o   Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese

o   Eagerness to learn about business and finance

o   Interest in investment research and analysis

o   Intellectual curiosity and an aptitude for critical thinking

o   Business sense, data sensitivity, and strong analytical skills

o   Willing to take on challenges under pressure, self-motivated

o   Diligence and a strong sense of leadership

o   Teamwork ability and good interpersonal skills

o   Proficient in Microsoft Office esp. Excel, PowerPoint
